Thesis E54E-A Undercounter High-Temperature Dishwasher, Glasswasher & Sanitizer

From Thesis' Ecology line, the E54E-A washes dishes, glasses, cups, mugs and cutlery to the sanitizing rinse temperatures required in canteens, nursing homes, bakeries and butcher shops under HACCP rules. A built-in break tank with its own rinse pump holds constant temperature and pressure at the final rinse, and the line accepts an optional Reverse Osmosis System for spot-free glasses without hand drying. ETL and ETL Sanitation certified to NSF/ANSI 3. – Ecoclean water control system partially refills clean water on every cycle. – Multi Power setting matches power draw to production needs. – Adjustable-speed stainless steel rinse arms with an integral tank filter and welded detergent injector. – Uses standard 20" x 20" (500 x 500mm) racks at up to 40 racks/hour (35 NSF). – 3.12kW, 208/220V, 15A, 1PH.
