The hood-type Thesis E110E-A brings the Ecology line's sanitizing break-tank rinse to high-volume dish rooms, handling glasses, dishes, medium-sized objects and GN 1/1 gastronorm trays in a 24" footprint. ETL and ETL Sanitation certified to NSF/ANSI 3, with a built-in break tank and rinse pump for constant final-rinse temperature and pressure, and support for an optional Reverse Osmosis System for spot-free glasses. – "Push to start" cycle only runs on a full load to cut waste. – Optional drain pump with Ecology Care partial clean-water refill. – Uses standard 20" x 20" (500 x 500mm) racks at up to 60 racks/hour (30 NSF). – Supplied with 2 dish baskets, 1 glass basket and 1 large cutlery tray. – 6.52kW, 208/220V, 30A, field-convertible 1 or 3PH.
