Gravity-cooled refrigerated displays are an advanced solution for preserving and showcasing fresh products in environments such as butcher shops, fish markets and salad and deli counters. Using gravity cooling technology, these displays cool efficiently through a coil at the top of the cabinet, letting cold air flow naturally down over the displayed products. This design is particularly beneficial for delicate foods such as raw meat, seafood, salads and other sensitive products, minimizing the drying effect of air circulation.
