The device can accommodate up to 17 GN 1/1 trays, which are a standard size in the food industry. The unit includes side runners that allow for easy insertion and removal of the GN trays. The NEOG161 is equipped with a heated core probe that enables precise temperature control and monitoring of the food's core temperature. Additional device features are the user-friendly 7" touch screen display, which simplifies operation and allows for convenient adjustment of settings.
