Perfectly position heavy cuts of meat for optimal air circulation using the included stainless steel hanger. It features integrated grooves that help hold the hooks in place to prevent slippage and can support up to 176 lb. of product. Make the most of the space left behind by hanging product by using the three included half shelves to fit smaller products.These shelves feature grates that allow air to flow around the products it supports for optimal exposure and curing during use.
