Perfectly position heavy cuts of meat or other product in your curing cabinet using this Dry Ager stainless steel hanger for UX750 Pro. Hangers are a great way to ensure that an item's surface is evenly exposed to the air inside the curing cabinet. Constructed of durable stainless steel this hanger is designed for use with compatible swivel- or s-hooks and features integrated grooves that help hold the hooks in place to prevent slippage. Hangs up to 2 half saddles of meat, load capacity per hanger: 88 lbs, hooks not included.To use, simply insert the hanger in the upper part of the curing cabinet and then hang the hooks with your product.
