Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need:

• Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
• Account details if you create an account: email and a password (stored in hashed form, never in clear text).
• Order details: products, amounts, order history, delivery preferences.
• Messages and requests you send us: contact, quote, financing, installation, repair and freight forms.
• Technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Clover, on its secure hosted page. We only receive confirmation of the payment and the last digits of the card.

• To process, deliver or prepare your order for pickup, and send order confirmations.
• To answer your questions and prepare quotes, financing, installation and repair requests.
• To manage your account and wishlist.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you information about our products or promotions, only if you agreed. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Payment processing (Clover).
• Carriers and delivery or installation partners, when your order is shipped or installed.
• Website hosting, database and email providers.
• Our accountants, lawyers and financing partners, when required.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside Québec or Canada. When that is the case, we make sure your information receives adequate protection.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) so we can improve it. Analytics are not loaded unless you click Accept in the cookie notice, and your choice is stored on your device. You can decline at any time, or change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, and the site works the same either way. Google may process this data outside Canada.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally six years). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy of your information in a structured format. To exercise these rights, write to us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will highlight important changes on the site.
